Q: How can I completely uninstall Homebrew Mac?

I've got some problems with the Homebrew. It's a command line package manager, which works great until I upgrade to macOS Mojave. I can't find how to uninstall it from my Mac. Can I do it by removing the whole /usr/local? It seems Homebrew was installed somewhere in that directory.
